Menard Christmas

December 24
We had a lazy morning and watched A Charlie Brown Christmas and White Christmas









Then the Menard clan came to us to celebrate Christmas! And it was the first time Tim, Isaac, Aidan, and Dan met Jason!

Paul got his commencement program from university of Cincinnati!

Due date, Morgan/Tischer Christmas

My due date was Friday, December 21...but Jason was already 12 days old!




December 21
My parents came on Friday afternoon. We had a low key night...Chinese take out and hanging out with Jason.




December 22 (sat)
The Morgan's arrived late morning! Isaac, Piper and Eddy met Jason for the first time!












My dad's cousin Len came to visit! He had sent us these beautiful flowers!

We had a relaxing afternoon, then went to church(first time with Jason), came home and took family pics!
















After our delicious meal (my dad's homemade wild rice soup, so nummy!) we opened gifts. My dad handmade this awesome footstool for Jason.

December (23)
My sister has a a couple extra gifts...both amazing and extra special! The first, baby's first year Flavia calendar to record Jason's milestones and daily events! And second, the book Agate which is written by a Duluth author.




What made the book extra special is that Jessica had it signed by the author and illustrator "For baby Menard a precious gem-to-be" and captured the moment on November 9, 2007 -- 5years ago! Jess knew we wanted to have children and we are so blessed to have Jason!
