With Jason almost being one, we decided it was ok to indulge by putting him in front of a movie, the Disney movie Planes (of course, cause his birthday theme is airplanes!) and let him eat his dinner of macaroni and cheese, tomatoes and mandarin oranges! He loved it! It was so fun to watch him...his eyes watching in awe as he was shoving food in his mouth!

Sunday-December 8
Jason's 1st birthday party
-theme: Airplane, "Time Flies"
-food: shredded chicken sandwiches, veggies, chips, pickles, hummus, popcorn and marble cake
-guests: family and close friends
Jason had a fantastic day! He woke up happy (like he does everyday, honest!), had a good morning, about an hour nap, then woke around 11. He spend time with Grandpa J and Grandma Becky, which was a great help so Paul and I could finish getting things ready! Then everyone came, we ate lunch, ate cake, Jason opened presents, and had a wonderful time!
Jason's smash cake!
I think he enjoyed the cake! :0)
We all enjoyed cake too!
Then presents!
After everyone left, Jason napped for about an hour, woke up about 5pm then we played, ate dinner and put him down for an early bed time of 6:30pm. He had such a busy day and he did awesome, happy, smiling and playing with whole day!
My heart is bursting with love and happiness for my little boy! We are so blessed to have a healthy, happy, and growing son who continues to amaze us with his growth, development and happiness everyday! His last night of my my little baby! :0(
