7 months

Firsts:
-weekend at the Menard cabin













-fourth of July: you played in a small blow up pool in our back yard






-weekend at Connor's Lake














-first tooth on July 6, lower and bottom right

-Swimming lessons












-fell asleep in your highchair



-sat in a race car at daycare
-Dunked your head underwater
-took a shower with daddy after swimming
-had a bath without the baby tub
-2nd tooth on July 29th, bottom and lower left
-went in the jogging stroller



-happy parents day project at daycare-July 28



Random
-your hair is growing, seems so much longer
-you had a deep inhale on a giggle that made us laugh so hard!
-your arms look like 4 small tootsie rolls, I love it
-you can push yourself backward while on your tummy
-starting to sit up on your own
-went to a wedding with only daddy
-play date with Avery
- favorite toy is anything you can get your hands on
-wearing size 4 diapers
-size 6-9 min and 9 month clothes

Food:
- your appetite is increasing!
-having fun trying new foods including applesauce, yogurt, green beans, watermelon
-you love all the foods, you're not picky!
-getting you on a food schedule...morning bottle, breakfast, nap, bottle, lunch, nap, bottle, dinner, bottle and bed!

Sleep:
-You continue to be - great sleeper, sleeping about 8hrs at a time, wake up for bottle and diaper change then back to bed for a few more hours

6 months old

6 month stats:
Weight: 19 lbs 7oz (78%)
Height: 25 3/4in (12%)
Head: 44cm (63%)
Firsts:
-Rolled from back to stomach during the night
-sat in a swimming pool
-feet in a sandbox
-pulled down a vibrating toy on car seat handle
-road trip to Mequon
-head cold, coughing/congested
-boat ride
-cried when I walked away from you and ok once I returned
-discovered your tongue
-STC Rox and Lakeshore Chinooks baseball games
-have a babysitter, G&G menard came so we could go to the twins game and have dinner :0)
Random:
-no longer fit in Bumbo chair cause you legs are too chunky
-at 6 mon appt, you had a cold and MD put you on neb treatments. And had to take you back for an appt 2 weeks later for your shots cause you needed to be well
-hair is growing, color is reddish blonde, and losing your baby hair
-drove a Mustang at daycare
Things you like:
-crossing your feet together when laying on your tummy
-playing in your rainforest play gym+now can touch the butterfly which are farthest toy away
-hold on to your feet
-do push-ups and move your legs (i say dancing feet!)when on your tummy
-making grunting noises
-watching baseball
-spending time with family
Food:
Increasing appetite, weaning from nursing and was was done breast feeding 6/28, Jason was ready I think cause I couldn't keep up with his demand. We've had fun introducing new foods including avocado, bananas, sweet potatoes, pears, peas, carrots, green beans...and Jason has liked all of it!
Clothes:
6-9 mon and 9 month
Last day size 3 diapers was 6/26
Sleep:
You continue to be a great sleeper! Two naps at daycare ranging each from 45min-2 hrs and sleeping at night from about 8pm-5:30am, SO.thankful. :0)

Jason, we are incredibly blessed everyday and are astonished at how quickly you are growing! You are such a fun, smart and happy kid and you makes us smile everyday! We LOVE you!
